The Parkway Concert Orchestra concluded its 67th Season in grand style in a lovely setting: the Dedham Middle School. Guest violin Soloist Lucia Lin was enchanting, and the Orchestra was delighted to perform "March for the Prince of Wales" with members of the Dedham High School Concert Band, conducted by Scott Abrahamson.

The Parkway Concert Orchestra presented "The Final Frontier" on Sunday, May 6 at the First Congregational Church in Norwood. Music Director and Conductor Matthew Fritz chose a lively program based on a "Space" theme. The Orchestra was thrilled to welcome violinist Lucia Lin as Guest Soloist.

The Parkway Concert Orchestra presented "An International Holiday Celebration" to a standing-room-only house at the First Congregational Church in Norwood on December 11, 2011. In addition to the dazzling violin virtuoso Markus Placci, the Orchestra was pleased to have three composers present: Brian Beninati, Greg Houston and Delvyn Case. Mr. Case conducted his piece "Rocket Sleigh." Santa, one more very special guest, appeared in time to enjoy the encore.
