Parkway Concert Orchestra presents Surprise! on March 4, 2018 in West Roxbury

Surprise! will be presented on Sunday, March 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Holy Name Parish Upper Church, 1689 Centre Street, West Roxbury. Music Director and Conductor Geneviève Leclair has chosen an exciting program including Brahms' Academic Festival Overture, music from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and Haydn's Symphony No. 94 (Surprise). The concert will feature Maxime Goulet's Symphonic Chocolates, a fun piece pairing sound and flavor. To allow you to enjoy the complete experience, chocolate boxes from Hilliards will be sold during intermission at the cost of $10.

This concert is presented by Holy Name Enrichment Program and is sponsored by Vogt Realty Group in memory of Gene and Ann Vogt. During intermission, the audience will have a chance to meet and learn about the orchestra instruments at an instrument petting zoo. Concert admission is free.
